All Winston & Co Treats & Toys are final sale unless faulty or damaged on arrival and must be contacted within 1 week of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo of product.
At Winston & Co Pet Collective we aim to provide high quality products that your pups will love. However, if for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your product, it doesn’t fit, or doesn’t suit you have 21 days to contact us from delivery, and we will provide you with a store credit* to spend on any products store wide. Please note we do not accept exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
* To receive a store credit all items must be returned unused and in the original packaging and will be at the buyer’s expense. Normal wear and tear are not accepted. Please contact us prior to returning to ensure products meet our policy conditions.
Please note all shipping expenses cannot be refunded or credited unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend customers to use a postal service that offers tracking and/or purchase additional shipping insurance. Please keep all tracking information until you have received confirmation of your refund. Please note we take no responsibility for lost items.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery, noting we are a one woman team with only a toy poodle for supervision.
